If you’re a person who thinks he is having heart problems, and your primary doctor refers you to Dr. Mian Jan (West Chester Cardiology), your worst case is going to be to get a second opinion. Best case is simply look around and find someone else right off the bat. His office will never ever call you back, even if you have questions about your meds. His staff are (charitably) less adept than others at carrying out the standard tests. You will get about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to convey your issues to the doctor. Their hours are putatively 9-5, but it’s more like 9-3. Bottom line: don’t go there.
On a slightly related note, my heart is absolutely fine. Thanks be to God! I might have some kind of gastro problems, but that freaks me out significantly less. And is much more easily treatable.

Good to hear that the ticker is fine. I have an excellent line of nutritional supplements to help with heart and gastro problems.
